Ear piercing service

The lady who did my half-leg wax really didn't seem to know what she was doing.She asked me how high up the leg I wanted to get waxed and then tried to charge me extra for including the knees, when every half-leg I've ever had done across multiple beauticians/venues has always included knees. There were a bunch of little things, like not doing my toes and asking me to lie on my side instead of asking me to roll over onto my stomach, that gave me the impression she didn't have a lot of experience.Also, both times she left me in the room to change out of/into my clothes, she left the door ajar enough that someone walking past could have easily seen in, and considering she didn't give me a towel to cover myself after I removed my pants I felt pretty exposed when she left the room after the treatment.I honestly felt like I was looked after by a trainee who didn't have anyone supervising her. The only positive was that she was polite and apologetic when she made mistakes. But overall I won't be going back to this store any time soon.

Service is great, 3 stars is because there closed on a sunday. If your prescription is only allowed to be picked up from one place and it ends up being a sunday, you cant get them. Extremely frustrating for anybody fifo like myself or anyone unable to get it the week following. I suggest being open atleest for some period during a sunday!

I came in for a wash, cut, color and blow dry. I had my hair done by Ella and it turned out so AMAZING! I immediately felt at ease and comfortable. The little scalp massage while getting my hair washed was so relaxing as well. Ella paid great attention to how well the color has applied to my hair and made sure that my hair was cut evenly. 10/10 would recommend (and would come back again).

I came in this morning to ask for some hair care advice and suggestions for products, Deb was absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and knowledgeable, not only helping me find products but taking the time to explain why certain issues may be occurring with my hair. I highly recommend this place.

Got our 5 year olds ears pierced, professional and friendly. My partner ended up getting her ears done as well. Highly recommend

I had the best experience today, I had Jessie and Charlie and haven’t ever had a better experience in a hairdressers. These two girls were phenomenal and gave me the best blonde I’ve ever had. I cannot rate these girls highly enough!!!

Where to even start? The service was phenomenal, Ella did my colour and she was fantastic and bright and bubbly despite me being her very first appointment. She worked absolute magic, bringing out a colour I never expected to achieve. I lovey hair so so so much, can't stop smiling!! Thank you so much Ella!
